Description

Предмет изобретени  Способ поверхностной обработки листового металла давлением, например дрессировкой , состо щпй в приданнн поверхности листа микрорельефа в виде впадпн и выступов, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  штампуемости, листу прпдают микрорельеф в виде закономерно повтор ющихс  конусных впадин в количестве от 20 до 50 на сантпметр .Methods are known for the surface treatment of sheet steel by forming a microrelief of surface training in rolls. The rolls' relief is formed by irregularly located relative to each other protrusions and depressions of different height, shape H extension. When training in rolls with such a microrelief of the surface, the surface of sheet steel also acquires a microrelief in the form of irregularly spaced relative to each other protrusions and depressions of different height, shape and length. However, this microrelief does not provide sufficient formability of sheet steel due to increased friction enhancements due to the free displacement of lubricant between extrusions of different heights of nrn forging, as well as the uneven distribution of local contact points H al friction. The aim of the invention is to increase the stampability of sheet steel. This is achieved by the fact that the surface of the sheet is attached to the microrelief in the vnde by regularly repeating the conical hollows in an amount of from 20 to 50 per centimeter. The drawing shows the microrelief of the sheet. When punching sheet steel with the proposed surface microrelief, conditions are created to hold the lubricant in the cavities throughout the entire deforming process. Lubrication in the troughs acts as a support, an obstacle, and, as measured by micro irregularities, the height of the hard contact of the vertices. All this leads to a decrease in reinforcement on contact surfaces with deformpted sheet materials and, as a result, to increased stampability. The subject of the invention. The method of surface treatment of sheet metal with pressure, for example, training, consists in attaching the surface of a sheet of microrelief in the form of hollows and protrusions, characterized in that, in order to increase stampability, the sheet is subjected to regularly repeated conical hollows in the amount of from 20 to 50 per centimeter.
