Description

4The invention relates to the purification of industrial combustible gases containing aromatic compounds, the use of coke-chemical gases and the manufacture of absorbents. A known method of purifying gases from aromatic compounds is certain oils, for example, salt oil. However, salt oil used as an absorbent has insufficient thermal stability when the trapped substances are distilled off during the multiple regeneration of the absorbent (the latter is partially decomposed, which iro is in its resinification, accompanied by precipitation, a marked increase in acid number, viscosity, etc. ). The relatively low initial boiling temperature of the oil used as an absorbent, as preferred, is a consequence of the relatively high elasticity of the vapors of the individual fractions of this oil at fairly low temperatures. This circumstance is the reason that under the conditions of washing the neutralized air-air mixtures are neutralized, the lowest boiling part of the absorbent is yen, which leads to the loss of the latter and additional pollution of the air environment. Another consequence of the relatively low temperature of the onset of kinennable oil for this purpose is the possibility of contamination of the captured products by non-eminent and other compounds, which, under the conditions of regeneration of the absorbent, are non-recirculating. In order to increase the cleaning efficiency, the absorbent product is the product of non-processing of the fraction of phenol extracts from spun distillates of sulfurous fluorine, the initial boiling point of which is below 345 ° C. The proposed oil has the following characteristics: Density at 20 ° С, kg / m5, 5-6.0 Viscosity at 100 ° С. eats 14.5–15.0 Viscosity at ° C, eats the freezing temperature, not higher than -30.0 ° C. Temperature is not less than 170.0 in a closed crucible, C, Fractional composition: not less than 345.0 beginning kinenn. From 345-360, 5% boil in the limits. 375-390 345-450 The proposed absorbent has the following composition:%, Alkyl Substituted Nonsingling Aromatic Compounds 75-80 Methane-Naphthenic Hydrocarbons15-20 Smolyne more than 4
