Description
The present invention is related; to the petroleum industry and can be used to remove smopoasfalten deposits in the systems of extraction, transport and storage of oil (for example, in the bottom zones of wells, on the surface of the underground and surface extraction equipment, etc.). The known composition used to remove resinous and paraffin deposits, containing extract of kerosene distillate and acetone 1 OcHOBHbfivi, is a disadvantage of this composition in that it removes only paraffin deposits and slightly dissolves resins and asphaltenes and is then ineffective in terms of tar removal. - asphaltene deposits. A known composition for removing paraffinic and asphalt-resinous deposits of hard surfaces, including a kerosene fraction and 2 O-25% by weight of four carbon chloride. A disadvantage of the known composition is that it does not provide the high removal efficiency of resin-asphaltene compounds (natphylene, stenthenic dissolution of the latter only 32–50 wt.%, and the fact that the component used, which is four-carbon carbon, is a deficient product has a high volatility, which complicates the technology of its application. Moreover, the introduction of a chlorine-containing product adversely affects the processes of oil refining, namely, the release of free chlorine and hydrogen chloride predetermines intense corrosion, poisoning of catalysts and environmental pollution. The aim of the invention is to increase the washing effect. containing the kerosene fraction according to the invention, additionally containing a compound of the general formula: RZ СН, f is the same or divided JR where R, RjL - with the following ratio comp Onentov Compound with a formula of 0 0 60-90 10-40% Kerosene fraction Cyclic acetals are cheap and affordable products. Methods for their preparation are known. So, for example, 4.4 dsl. Methyl-1,3-dioxane is a semi-product in the production of isoprene from isobutylene and formaldehyde. Cyclic acetals are currently used in the preparation of conjugate. Comparison 7O of the dissolution efficiency of tar-asphaltene substances by different growths by temperature 25 ° C, 44 dioles, in the production of varnishes, paints and synthetic organic chemistry. The effectiveness of the proposed composition for removing tar-asphalt deposits is determined experimentally by the method described below and compared under comparable conditions with the effectiveness of a known composition. The method of investigation is as follows: a sample of resinous asphaltene deposits is placed on a metal grid, which is suspended on one of the arms of the balance arms of the laboratory balance. Then the grid with the sample is immersed in the test solvent and the balance is balanced. The dissolving ability of a solvent of a composition is evaluated by the change in the weight of the sample in the solvent, which is fixed after a certain time. As the solvent, use the mixture of the proposed composition, as well as the known composition. The kerosene fraction has a range of up to 17 ° -270 ° C. The experimental data of 25 ° C. The results of the experiments are given in tab.
