Из1веетен сноеоб соединени  труб из термопластов ветьи е иснользован;ием иагревател , ие иозвол ющий ироизводить качественную сварку труб из материалов, нодверженных термоо1кислителы ой деструкции.
Повышение нpoчнo cти сварного иша труб, вынолнеиных нреимущественно из термопластов , подвержеНИых терлтоокислительной деструкции , обссиечиваетс  тем, что на свариваемые концы труб илотно иадевают до совпадени  торцоВ цилиндрические обоймы из хорошо свариваемого иеде.струкгируемого термопластичного .материала, а нагрев осуществл ют нагревательным элементом с закрепленными на нем кольцами, имеюндими ра ЗЛИЧ|Ную темп ер а т у р о I ip о в о д 11 о с т ь.
Чертеж по сн ет нредлагаемый способ.
Способ осуществл ют следующим образом. На свариваемые концы труб 1 и 2 плотно надвигают до совпадени  торцов цилиндрические обоймы 3 и 4 из педеструктируемого термопласта ., хороню свариваемого с помощью нагревательного эле.мента. В обоймах предусматривают внутренние фаски 5 ил выточки и сквозиые отверети  6. После этого трубы устанавливают в зажимные скобы 7 и 8 такпм образолг , чтобы торцы скоб плотно ирилегали к торцам обой:м.
На нагревательном элементе 9 закрепл ют кольи  10 и 11. диаметр етыка 12 которых равен ереднему диаметру торцового кольца 13, образованного внутренней кро. и наружной кромкой трубы.
После выполнени  указанных подготовительных операций производ т одновременную сварку встык трубы 1 с трубой 2 и обоймы 3 с обоймой 4 с но.мощью нагревательного элемента 9. Оплавление то1рцов труб и обойм происходит при разных температурных режимах,
таК как кольца 10 и И имеют разные коэффициенты те.мнературонроводности. Во избежание нали.иаии  раснлавленных термонластов к нагревательному элементу кольца 10 и 11 вы:;олн к )т аптнадгезионными. Общее давление
оплавлени  или осадки рассчитывают как среднее соответствующих давлений дл  материалов труб и обойм. Газы, выдел ющиес  при деструкции материала труб, а также воздун1ные включеии  удал ютс  из зоны сварки
в aт ioeфepy через отверсти  6.
Образованное иосле охлал дени  зоны сварки соединение трубопровода 14 способно длительно работать нрп относительно низкой прочности сварного шва труб благодар  тому,
что плотно расположенна  снаружи муфта 15 предохран ет сварной шов труб от изгибающих нагрузок.
