Description

Предмет изобретени  Способ получени  антимикробных и антигрибковых волокон на основе поливинилового спирта путем стабилизации и aцeтav иpoвaни  волокон растворами альдегидов 5-иитрофуранового р да, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  водостойкости, улучшени  физико-механических и эксплуатационных свойств волокон, снижени  расхода реагентов, предварительно волокна подвергают тепловой обработке в среде воздуха или пластификатопа при нат жении 1-3 кгс/см-,A known method for producing antimicrobial and aptifungal fibers based on polyvinyl alcohol by means of stabilization and acetalization of fibers with solutions of aldehydes of the 5-nitrofuran series. In order to improve water resistance, improve the operational and physicomechanical properties of the fibers, reduce the consumption of reagents, it was proposed to preliminarily subject the fibers to heat treatment in air and plasticizer under tension of 1-3 kgf / cm. Example 1. Water-soluble full-vinyl alcohol fiber is shrunk by 25-35% in air at 200-230 ° C for 0.5-2 minutes. The shrinkage rate of the fiber is 15-50% per minute. Then heat stabilization is carried out at 210-220 ° C for 10-15 minutes and acetalization for 1.5-2 hours at a temperature of 70-5 ° C and module 50 in a bath of the following composition (in%): p-5-nitrofuryl acrolein 0.5; sulfuric acid 12-15; water 87.5-79.5. After that, the fiber is washed and dried. The properties of the obtained Tolshin 190-250 tex fiber. Strength17–22 g / tex Elongation 25–35% Content of 3-5– nitrofuryl acrolein 7–12 mol% Shrinkage after treating with boiling water for an hour O – 3% Example 2. A water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber shrinks by 25–60% in an ethylene glycol at 130-200 ° C for 1-5 minutes Shrinkage rate of 15-50% in 1 min. Then the fiber is dried and subjected to the rest of the operation: 1, as indicated in example 1. The properties of the resulting fiber do not differ from the properties of the fiber obtained in example 1. The subject of the invention. A method for producing polyvinyl alcohol-based antimicrobial and antifungal fibers 5-i-trofuran series, characterized in that, in order to increase the water resistance, improve the physicomechanical and operational properties of the fibers, reduce the consumption of reagents, the pre-fibers are jected to heat treatment in air or plastifikatopa at a tension of 3.1 kgf / cm,
