Description

90%.A method of producing modified articles, such as fibers, from polyamides is known by introducing formaldehyde homo- or copolymers and subsequent thermal treatment of Il3lt; spruce in the presence of crosslinking catalysts (oxalic, boric acid, etc.). The structure resulting from this .m mesh gives the product resistance to solvents and increases heat and heat resistance. However, the degree of crosslinking (as judged by the content of insoluble fractions) achieved in the presence of known catalysts does not exceed 90%.

To increase the crosslinking efficiency, it is proposed to use aromatic sulfonic acids or their derivatives as a catalyst for structuring.

2Example. A mixture of 90 wt. including polyamide and 10 wt. A copolymer is a measure of formaldehyde obtained by dusting polyamide chips. The resulting mixture is homogenized on an extruder at a temperature of 270 ° C with further grinding of the vein on a chipper. The fibers are molded using a spun extruder head machine at a temperature of 270 ° C. Tag peruraura subsequent orientation

90-95%.The fiber obtained by this method of modification does not dissolve in solvents that are usual for polyamides and has a high thermal and heat resistance. The insoluble fraction (after keeping the fiber for 24 hours in concentrated sulfuric acid) is 90-95%.
