The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the development of a method for electrolytic refining of metals and alloys in molten salts. The known method of electrolytic refining of metals and alloys in molten-melting media with a bulk anode. The redaction method is characterized in that during the electrolysis process the anode material is transformed into a fluidized state, which is created either by vibration with an amplitude of vibration not exceeding the average particle size of the anode material and a frequency of 1-1000 Hz, or by blowing the anode material with an inert gas or by force electrolyte circulation in the volume of the anode material. This provides an increase in the productivity of the process and the degree of refining. The described method was tested by electro-refining of a titanium-aluminum alloy (6% A1) in a melt of sodium, potassium and titanium chlorides, and also by electro-refining of a ferromanganese (40% Mn and 60% Fe) in a melt of sodium, potassium and manganese chlorides. The source material with a grain size of up to 3 mm is poured into anode graphite baskets. Anode materials are transferred to a fluidized state with optimal oscillation amplitudes of 1-2 mm and frequencies of 100-150 Hz. Test data show that to get the same results when translating the anode material into a fluidized state, it is necessary to work at a current density 12 times greater than with a stationary anode, and at the same density, the power consumption is three times less with simultaneous 3-fold improvement of technological indicators. The combination of vibration of the anode material with the forced circulation of the electrolyte in the amount of a single material allows C 1 to remove the sludge layers from the electrofused particles and remove the sludge from the electrolysis zone, which increases the degree of refining. The subject of the invention 1. An electrolytic refining process for metals and alloys in molten media with a bulk anode, characterized in that, in order to increase the production of the process and the degree of refining, during the electrolysis process the anode material is converted to a fluidized state. 2. Method 1 and 2, with the fact that the fluidized state is created by vibration with an amplitude of oscillation not exceeding the average particle size of the anode material, and a frequency of 1-1000 Hz. 3 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the fluidized state is created by blowing the anode material with an inert gas. 4 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the fluidic state is created by the forced circulation of the electrolyte in the bulk of the anode material.
