В цементной промышленности дл  получени  клинкера дл  портланд-цемента примен ютс  вращающиес  печи , в которых осуществл етс  противоток . По своей работе вращающиес  печи дают вполне удовлетворительные результаты, но, вследствие неполного использовани  объема печи, барабаны печей получаютс  довольно значительных размеров, что сильно удорожает стоимость печей и большого расхода электрической энергии.In the cement industry, rotary kilns are used to produce clinker for Portland cement, in which countercurrent is carried out. Клинкер дл  цемента получаетс  путем спекани  глины и известн ка; в качестве топлива предназначаетс  соответствующий уголь или смесь «а длежапщх сортов топлива, сжигание которого предполагаетс  в пылевидном состо нии. Уголь и известн к предварительно поступают к сырьевым мельницам и дроб тс  дробилками 1 и 4, глина как в зкий материал дробитс  ножевой вальцевой дробилкой 2 и дисковой 3, далее все компоненты и уголь подсушиваютс  в сушильных трубах 5, коиструкци  которых зависит от свойств материалов. Высушенные компоненты и уголь поступают в соответствующие циклоны б, 7 и 8, откуда через питатели поступают на обжиг. Включение циклонов делаетс  с таким расчетом, что сначала в струю первичного воздуха вводитс  материал с меньшим удельным весом, затем уголь; эта смесь вдуваетс  через длиинопламенную щелевую фо рсунку 9 в печь; .материал с большим удельным весом сыплетс  в печь над пламенем .
