СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ПОКРЬИИЯ НА ВОГНУТОЙ ПОВЕРХНОСТИ СТЕКЛОИЗДЕЛИЙ

Изобретение касаетс  способа нанесени  покрыти  на внутреннюю поверхность экрана кинескопа и может быть использовало в электровакуумной промышленности.
Известен способ нанесени  покрыти  на экран кинескопа путем нанесени  пленкообразующего вещества на поверхность вран1,аюН1 ,егос  издели .
Целью изобретени   вл етс  получепие равномерного покрыти .
Достигаетс  это тем, что изделие устанавливают вогнутой поверхностью вниз, а нодачу пленкообразующего вещества осуществл ют тангенциально вогнутой поверхности издели .
На фиг. 1-3 показаны варианты осуществлени  предлагаемого способа получени  покрыти  на вогнутой поверхности стеклоизделий .
Экран 1 устанавливают вогнутой поверхностью вниз и медленно вращают со скоростью 6-10 об/мин вокруг оси 2, котора  может быть расположена под углом к вертикали (фиг. 1, 3). Из насадки 3 на внутреннюю поверхность 4 издели  подают тангенциально под давлением 0,22 кг/см пленкообразующее вещество.
При контакте материал покрыти  движетс  вместе с поверхностью 4, покрыва  ее, а затем стекает по внутренней боковой поверхности 5 с издели .

Способ получени  покрыти  на вогнутой поверхности стеклоизделий, например экрана кинескона, путем нанесени  пленкообразующего вещества на поверхность вращающегос  издели , отличающийс  тем, что, с целью получени  равномерного покрыти , изделие устанавливают вогнутой поверхностью вниз, а подачу пленкообразующего вещества осуществл ют тангенциально вогнутой поверхности издели .
