Description

Изобретение относитс к электронной технике и предназначено дл изготовлени эффективных термо- и вторично-электронных катодов .The invention relates to electronic engineering and is intended for the manufacture of efficient thermoelectric and secondary electronic cathodes.
Возможность введени необходимого количества РЗМ иттриевой группы в сплав с рением обеспечиваетс существованием в системе РЗМ-рений интерметаллнда Re2Me (Me - один из РЗМ).Known cathodes based on two-component alloys of rhenium with one of the rare earth metals (REM) of the yttrium group Gd, Ho, Dy, Er, Ti, LU and yttrium. The possibility of introducing the required amount of the rare-earth metals of the yttrium group into the alloy with rhenium is ensured by the existence in the REM-rhenium system of the intermetallic compound Re2Me (Me is one of the REM).
The work function of such alloys is relatively high, and the coefficient of secondary electron emission is low. The work output can be reduced if, instead of the rare-earth metals of the yttrium group, use more active rare-earth metals of the cerium group. However, cathodes of rhenium alloys with REM cerium group, for example Re - La, are short-lived due to the fact that the metals of the cerium group do not form intermetallic compounds with rhenium.
The relatively high work function and the low coefficient of secondary electron emission make it difficult to use these forces in instruments, in particular M-type devices.
In order to increase the emission properties of the cathode and expand the range of operating temperatures, it is proposed to produce effective emission alloys based on three-component systems — rhenium metal and one of the rare-earth metals of yttrium group; Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, solution in the Laves phase. The electron work function of these alloys lies in the range of 2.6-2.8 eV, and the maximum coefficient of secondary electron emission is 2-2.5. In the proposed ternary alloys, the concentration of the components can vary in the following, their ranges of values without a significant change in the emission characteristics of the alloys:
%Rheniyot 60 to 99 weight. %
The rare earth metals of the yttrne group, the rare earth metals of the cerium group, the cathode alloys are made as follows. By the metal-ceramic method or by fusion in an argon-arc furnace, rhenium alloy is prepared with one 113 REM of yttrium group. In the resulting alloy containing the La2e Re2Me phase (Me is one of the metals of the yttrium group), one of the cerium-containing rare-earth metals is introduced during smelting in an argon-arc furnace or by a metal-ceramic method. The alloy can be further rolled into a tape or wire.
0,5-20%.In that case, if obtaining the tape is difficult or impractical, the cathode can be made directly from the ingot by means of 3 electrospark erosion or using iiopouiKOBF.ix MSTOLOT5. The subject matter of the invention 1. A cathode for electronic devices based on a rhenium alloy and one of the rare earth metals of the yttrium group, 4 characterized in that, in order to increase the emission properties of the short circuit and expand the operating temperature of the dianazone, it contains one of the rare earth metals of the cerium group. 2. The cathode of claim 1, wherein the amount of the rare earth metal of the cerium group is 0.5-20%.
