Прибор состоит из втулки d, по оси которой проходит стальной боек i, удерж.иьаемый во втулке упорным винтом fc, конец которого скользит по продольному пазу бойка. По концам втулка снабжена дуговыми фланцами W, и , выкруженными по соответственно .му месту соедин емых частей.
