Предмет изобретени Способ сварки давлением, преимущественно сложных профилей из алюминиевых сплавов, включающий нагрев деталей в штампе до ковочных температур с последующим продавливанием присадочного металла через стык свариваемых деталей, отличающийс тем, что, с целью снижени усили продавливани путем уменьшени трени между присадочным материалом и поверхностью матриц и вкладышей штампа, к присадочному материалу прикладывают ультразвуковые колебани .A known method of pressure welding, including heating of parts in the stamp to forging temperatures, followed by melting of the filler material through the joint of the parts to be welded. However, with this method of welding, the required quality of the welded joint is not ensured, and the magnitude of the force pushing the filler material must be high due to the friction between the filler material and the surfaces of the die and the liner. The proposed method eliminates these drawbacks by applying ultrasonic vibrations to the filler material. The drawing shows the scheme of the proposed method. Static load Q through the magnetostrictive transducer 1 is applied to the filler material 2, passing successively through the liners 3, the upper matrix 4, the junction of the joining elements 5 and the lower matrix 6. Under the action of a static load, the filler material is pushed through the upper matrix, the liner, the junction of the connected elements and the bottom matrix. At the time of the expiration of the metal from the channel of the lower matrix, the elements being joined are welded. The magnetostrictive transducer provides excitation in the filler material of ultrasonic vibrations in the frequency range of 12–40 GHz with an amplitude of 1–20 μm. The effect of ultrasonic vibrations reduces the friction between the filler material and the surfaces of the liner and die, which allows reducing the static pressure and improving the quality of the welded joint. The subject of the invention. A method of pressure welding, predominantly complex aluminum alloy profiles, which includes heating parts in the die to forging temperatures followed by forcing the filler metal through the joint of the parts to be welded, characterized in that, in order to reduce the force of the extrusion by reducing the friction between the filler material and the surface of the dies and die inserts, ultrasonic vibrations are applied to the filler material.
