Description
Выбранна из чаши и размолота в шаровой мельнице до остатка 5-7% на сите - 10000 отв/см масса вл етс основной дл получени покрыти .The invention relates to glazes and is used in the glass industry. A fusible glaze is known, which contains SiOs, HbOz, BrOz, Pe2Oz + PeO, CaO, MgO, RoO, MnO and TiOa. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the coating. This is achieved by the fact that the low-melting glaze contains the indicated components in the following amounts (in wt.%): SiOo 49-52A1. Oz 8-12 V, 0z 5--7 PrO3 + PeO 2-6 CaO 0.5-5 gO 0.5-1 Na.O-fKaO 9.14 MnO 0.3-4 Ti02 0.3-3 And, in addition, P2O50.3-6 ZnO6-11 Cr203To 5 In the proposed compositions, the main raw material is tuff Chivchavskogo field. The use of tuff as the main raw material eliminates the need for introducing svnite, tegmatite, technical alumina, kaolin, butane into the mixture, and the amount of borax, boric acid, soda, and dye pigments can be reduced by more than 30–40% compared with traditional compositions. . The npHNiCHeHHe tuff also makes it possible to completely abandon the quality of quartz sand. For the manufacture of the shard, ps1 sils are filled with clay clay from the Mihetsk and Ksanskoye deposits. The technological regime (designed for the treatment of free-fusible glazes includes cyuiKy materials, grinding and sieving through a sieve of 144 holes / cm. The mixture intended for fritting consists of (in weight parts): tuff 62-68, boric acid 8-10, zinc oxides 8-10 and soda 12-16; - for regulating the melting temperature and degree of jamming of the glaze cover, 1-5 weight parts of phosphoric anhydride is added to ujHXTy. The weighed down mixture is melted in crucible or bath furnaces. At temperatures corresponding to the melt of the mixture, 1200–1300 ° C, then the molten mass is poured into bowls with cold water. obtain coverage.
Part of the material for the purpose of further adjusting the glaze mass (to avoid rapid precipitation, 4-6 wt. Of parts of kaolin is added) is not fritted, but added to the frit during grinding of the latter.
The thickness of the glaze depends on the porosity of the shard. For dense shards, thick glazes are diluted with a density of up to 1.45 g 1 cm for thinner ones up to 1.39 g / cf. The degree of thickness of the glaze is selected in such a way that the thickness of the glaze on the shard does not exceed 0.7-0.8 mm.
The firing of the products is carried out in an electric muffle furnace ori 940-960 ° C. The glaze coating obtained on ceramic products has a smooth (without incrustations and defects) mirror surface and is not inferior to that used in lead glaze m.
The absence of lead in the formulations developed makes them acceptable for storage of food products.
