Description
Поверхность силикатных материалов, обработанна таким раствором, требует очистки от шлама, образовавшегос после воздействи на силикат фтористого водорода .Solutions for treating the surface of silicate materials, including hydrogen fluoride, are known. The surface of silicate materials treated with this solution requires cleaning from the sludge formed after exposure to hydrogen fluoride silicate.
ч.:The aim of the invention is to increase adhesion to silicate surfaces, facilitate the removal of sludge from them and increase the chemical resistance of coatings. This is achieved by the fact that the solution additionally contains a surfactant, such as lignosulfonate, in the following ratio of components, weight. including:
2-12hydrogen fluoride 2-12
The proposed solution interacts with the surface of the silicate material, as a result of which the polarity of the latter increases due to the formation of compounds containing electronegative fluorine. At the same time, the silicate partially dissolves and sludge (plaque) forms on the surface of the material being processed. The surfactant in the composition of the solution helps to facilitate the removal of sludge from the treated surface. Water is a solvent for both hydrogen fluoride and a surfactant. Increasing the polarity of the surface of the silicate material is the most likely cause of the increase in adhesion in the silicate materials after being treated with a solution.
ч. An example. 5 wt. including hydrogen fluoride and 5 wt. the surfactants were dissolved in water (40% hydrofluoric acid and ligosulfonate were used to prepare the solution in the form of 50%
8518-57).bard concentrate produced by the Kotlas pulp and paper mill brand KBZH, GOST 8518-57).
Porcelain tiles were used as silicate material. Processing them
раствором производилась в течение 15- 20 мин, после чего они обильно обмывались водой и подсушивались на воздухе.the solution was made for 15-20 minutes, after which they were washed with plenty of water and dried in air.
A cement slurry of 1: 1 was used as a ghost. After treatment, the tapes were glued with cement mortar and kept for 30 days in a desiccator over water. Adhesion at separation of the tiles treated with the solution increased three times compared with untreated
The solution according to the invention can be used in the manufacture of chemical equipment, containers, building structures, etc., which have coatings made of piece materials (blocks, bricks, tiles) silicate materials, fixed with the help of adhesives.
