It is not easy to maintain the original beauty of tombstones, as they are prone to water stains and bird droppings, and are also subject to weathering due to wind, rain, and direct sunlight. Therefore, cleaning is performed periodically or irregularly, and conventionally, hard surface cleaning liquids containing, for example, surfactants, chelating agents, sodium glyconate, and water-soluble solvents have been used.

However, with conventional products, it has not been easy to quickly remove stains caused by the various causes as described above. Furthermore, the use of cleaning fluids containing toxic or irritating agents impairs the safety of cleaning operations and may also cause pollution. Furthermore, if a cleaning liquid is used to clean blocks around houses or concrete in buildings, a large amount of cleaning liquid is required, so a cleaning liquid that is as inexpensive as possible has been desired.

Therefore, the present inventor adopted sodium hypochlorite as a material mainly for removing acidic stains, and caustic soda as a material mainly for removing alkaline stains. Furthermore, while increasing the effectiveness of sterilization and cleaning,
A nonionic surfactant was used to maintain the normally smooth surface of tombstones even after cleaning.

The hard surface cleaning liquid according to the present invention contains at least water, sodium hypochlorite, caustic soda, and a surfactant as described above, and the content ratio of sodium hypochlorite and caustic soda is 3 to 8.4:1. ~3. Here, the surfactant may be a nonionic surfactant, or may further contain a trace amount of isopropyl alcohol.

Next, this cleaning liquid was sprayed onto the surface of the gravestone, which was sufficiently dirty, and after being left for 10 minutes, the surface of the gravestone was washed with a rotating brush. After that, the cleaning solution was removed by pouring tap water on the tombstone, and when it was allowed to dry naturally, most of the dirt that had adhered to the surface of the tombstone had been removed. In addition, the smoothness of the tombstone's surface remained almost unchanged even after cleaning.

Experimental Example 2 A suitable mixing ratio of sodium hypochlorite and caustic soda was studied. As a result, if commercially available sodium hypochlorite water (containing 12%) was contained in the range of 25 to 70%, and if caustic soda was contained in the range of 1 to 3%, the effect was almost the same as in Experimental Example 1. It turned out that it was broken. Therefore, the content ratio of sodium hypochlorite and caustic soda should be (0.25 to 0.70) xo, 12: 0.01 to 0.03 -3.0 to 8.4: 1 to 3. I understand. Sodium hypochlorite is mainly effective in oxidizing mold, sterilizing, removing oily stains, and removing acidic substances, and caustic soda is mainly effective in removing alkaline stains, and when mixed in the above ratio, Its effectiveness remains intact.

Experimental Example 3 The significance of containing isopropyl alcohol and a surfactant was investigated. First, with regard to isopropyl alcohol, the effect as a stabilizer was obtained when it was contained in an amount of about 1%, but there was no particular disadvantage in terms of cleaning even if it was not contained.

Regarding the surfactant, when a nonionic surfactant was included at about 1%, it was effective in smoothing the surface of the tombstone. On the other hand, when anionic surfactants were used, good results were not obtained, especially in terms of glossing the tombstones.
