Известно применение в приборах дл  определени  скорости течени  воды шнуров , тросов и т. п. дл  воздействи  рукою на стопорное приспособление в цел х замыкани  сигнальной цепи. В предлагаемом приборе дл  определени  скорости течени  воды в мелких и быстрых реках вал гидрометрической вертушки сочленен с указательной муфтой, свободно перемещающейс  вдоль стержн , расположенного параллельно шкале и укрепленного на станине, помещаемой на дно реки.It is known to use in devices for determining the speed of water flow of cords, cables, etc., for applying a hand to a stopping device in order to close a signal circuit.
