Description

Предлагаемое устройство предназначаетс  дл  подогрева питательной воды на napOiBosax посредством отработавшего пара (который обычно не используетс  и выпускаетс  в атмосферу ) насоса воздушного тормоза и имеет целью экономить топливо. На схематическом чертеже изображено предлагаемое устройство. М тый пар от насоса воздушного тормоза О поступает по трубе 7 к трехходовому крану 8, к которому из будки паровоза проведена т га с руко ткой 9. Машинист, наход сь в буд:ке, открыва  посредством т ги кран, может выпустить пар или в атмосферу по трубе 20 или же через магистральную трубу в тендер паровоза , где пар и подогревает воду, питающую котел. Из крана 8 по трубе 2 пар идет в змеевик, который находитс  в дымовой коробке котла и состоит из трех колец; в змеевике пар подогреваетс  отход щими из огневой коробки гор чими газами и выходит на левую сторону котла в продолжение магистральной трубы 2; так как: пар может содержать в себе масла, увлеченные из насоса, то он пропускаетс  через маслоотделитель 10; маслоотделитель снабжен краником 2/ с трубкой дл  отвода масла; пар проходит далее через запорный вентиль 12, продолжение магистрали 5 и 6, через резиновый рукав 74, служащий дл  соединени  магистрали между паровозом и тендером, через продолжение магистрали 7 к крану 79, который поставлен дл  предохранени  магистрали от замерзани  в зимнее врем  (через кран пропускаетс  пар). Конец магистрали имеет глухую гайку. Подогрев воды в тендере производитс  паром, проход щим через две трубки. Перва  трубка 17 ответвл етс  от магистрали и идет через люк в тендер. Трубка открываетс  вниз; трубка снабжена вентилем 18. Втора  трубка 75 снабжаетс  вентилем 76, идет в. водоприемную трубу и заканчиваетс  отростком, в котором сделано отверстие , направленное к инжектору. При работе инжектора пар, проход щий через трубку 75, вторично- подогревает воду в водоприемной трубе. На магистрали между 5 и 6 поставлен предохранительный клапан 13, служащий дл  выпуска пара при повысившемс  давлении свыше 5 атмосфер, во избежание срыва резинового рукава 14 со штуцера. Редукционный клапан // соединен с вентилем 72 трубой. В случае порчи насоса О подогрев воды производитс  паром из котла через редукционный клапан. ПРЕДМЕТ ПАТЕНТА.
