Предложенна  конструкци  отличаетс  от известных тем, что, с целью первоначальной раскрутки роликов до рабочей скорости и поддержани  ее при прокатке, ролики снабжены соплами, выполненными в виде сегнерова колеса и соединенными системой каналов , расположенных внутри роликов и их осей, с трубопроводами источника давлени .The proposed design differs from those known in that, in order to initially roll the rollers up to operating speed and maintain it during rolling, the rollers are provided with nozzles made in the form of a Segner wheel and connected by a system of channels located inside the rollers and their axes with pressure source piping.
