In the known adsorber, the preparation of the adsorbent is not foreseen by feeding it into the container and the uniform loading of the adsorbent in the form of pulp into the bunker is not ensured. The invention is based on the task of ensuring the preparation of the adsorbent before feeding it into the tank, uniformly loading the adsorbent in the form of pulp into the bunker, and also increasing the reliability of the adsorber during the cleaning of liquids having a large amount of mechanical suspended impurities. for supplying steam, water and discharging promo, while in the outlet part of the bunker nets are installed to prevent adsorbent with liquid from being carried away; telescopic nozzle with mounting mechanism fortified at the top of the bunker; the tank is equipped with an additional external collector with pipes for supplying the raw solution containing mechanical impurities to the inside of its conical bottom, and the main and additional collectors are equipped with blowing devices. FIG. 1 shows the proposed adsorber, side view; in fig. 2 - loading hopper; in fig. 3 - the lower part of the adsorber in an enlarged scale. The adsorber is made in the form of a vertical cylindrical tank 1 with a conical bottom 2. Above the upper expanded part (zone of sludge) 5 of the tank / there is a hopper 4 for the adsorbent having a tapered outlet 5, where nets are installed to prevent the adsorbent with liquid from being prevented and the exhaust pipe 6. In the upper part of the bunker, a telescopic nozzle 7 with an installation mechanism is fixed, and under the bunker there is a collector 5 with nozzles 9 connected to the outlet part of the bunker. A W pipe is used to feed the purified solution into the hopper.
20.In the upper part of the vessel there is a device for removal of the cleaned solution, which is a // ring, and in the lower part, a collector 12 for supplying the raw solution and an additional collector 13 with tapping pipes for adding a solution containing mechanical impurities. Both manifolds are equipped with blowdown devices made in the form of pipelines 14 and 15 with valves. For unloading the adsorbent there are a pipe 16 and one hundred to 17 with cranes 18 and 19, and for uniform distribution of the adsorbent at unloading - a cone 20.
The proposed adsorber works as follows.
6.The adsorbent in the form of null is loaded into the hopper 4 through a telesonic pipe 7, by raising or lowering of which regulate the amount of pulp. The liquid phase is separated from the adsorbent through the grids in the outlet part 5 of the bunker and the collector 8 with nozzles 9. If necessary, you can rinse or steam the adsorbent, supply water and steam and drain away through the collector 8. Then the adsorbent is soaked with the purified solution butched by nozzle 10 From the bunker 4 the adsorbent enters the tank / through the pipe 6.
The solution to be purified is fed into the collector 13 or 12, rises in the opposite direction to the moving down adsorbent and is cleaned. The purified solution passes through the perforated surface of the ring 11, while the floating up particles of the adsorbent are retained, and the solution is removed from the apparatus.
The adsorbent saturated with the adsorbed substances through the conical bottom 2 and one hundred to 17 is removed from the apparatus for washing and regeneration. At the same time, from the feed hopper 4, pulp is loaded through the conical tube 6 into the adsorber.
Through the collector 13 cleaned solution is served only if it contains mechanical impurities; the size of the openings of the manifold nozzles is larger than the particle size of the impurities.
Дл очистки отверстий коллектора 12 прекращают подачу раствора и закрывают кран;To clean the openings of the collector 12, stop the flow of the solution and close the valve;
17.under the action of the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid column in the tank / mechanical mixture and coal particles are carried through the pipeline 14 and the stand 17.
