Description

The proposed tree saccharification method belongs to the group of methods in which tree saccharification is achieved by exposure to concentrated hydrochloric acid and hydrochloric gas, followed by washing out the hydrolysis products.

There is a method of processing and osaka / rivani wood with ordinary topics; Peratura hydrochloric acid with a strength of over 39%. According to this method, wood flour was treated with an excess of, for example, 40 / o-hydrochloric acid, and 700–1000 parts of hydrochloric acid were taken per 100 parts of the tree. The preparation was carried out in a battery of diffusers, in which the wood flour was in contact with highly concentrated hydrochloric acid, until the saccharification did not come to an end. After this, the wood sugar solution was separated from the insoluble residue with 40 / o-hydrochloric acid. In another well-known method, besides hydrochloric acid of the highest concentration, hydrochloric gas was also used, which significantly reduced the amount of liquid hydrochloric acid. After that, the tree could be saccharified by wetting 100 parts with 70-100 parts of 40% hydrochloric acid and then enriching the mixture with about 20 parts of hydrochloric gas. With this method of treatment, the tree was first closely mixed with strong hydrochloric acid and with a small amount of hydrochloric gas (the first stage of the process). The saccharification of the wet mixture was preferably carried out in thin layers, during the addition of the main mass of hydrochloric gas in the second stage of the process. At the end of the saccharification and after removal of the main mass of hydrochloric acid gas, in the third stage of the process, the obtained wood sugar was released.

In the present invention, the use of 40% hydrochloric acid in a small amount, as well as hydrochloric acid gas, is preserved and at the same time bypasses less equipment and two stages of the process. This is achieved by combining the last part of the saccharification with the separation of the sugar solution from the solid residue. Separation and simultaneous rinsing are carried out using a salt bath, the concentration of which is lower than that initially used.

By the proposed method, it is possible to begin, for example, the treatment of 100 parts of a tree with 40-60 parts of strong hydrochloric acid and 15 parts of hydrochloric gas.
