Description
The present invention relates to methods for producing resins from cellulose materials by heating them under pressure with water or aqueous alkali.
In the proposed method, in order to obtain resins, sunflower husk is used as a cellulosic material in its natural form or as a mass subjected to hydrolysis with mineral acids.
In the literature and technology, sport events of obtaining furfural from sunflower husk are known, since the pentosans contained in the latter give f / rfural during hydrolysis, according to the scheme:
(Cs Hs О.,)х + Нг о (Cs Н,о Os),; CsHioOs CH - CH(Cs Hs O.,) X + Hg o (Cs H, o Os) ,; CsHioOs CH - CH

УHave
However, despite the fact that the content of pentosans in the husks of sunflower seed reaches up to, nevertheless, the yield of furfural during the hydrolysis of sulfuric
кислотой в автоклавах обычно не превышает 3,, а при гидролизе сол ной кислотой-не выше 8°/о вместо 21°/о.acid in autoclaves usually does not exceed 3, and when hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid is not higher than 8 ° / o instead of 21 ° / o.
«The authors found that the reason for such a low yield of furfural is in its polymerization at the time of its formation from pentosans, and the polymerization products are acidic resins that are absorbed by the wood of the husk and are not washed out by water. This latter circumstance significantly impedes the widespread use of husk for the technical production of furfural, due to its low yields, high consumption of reagents and the strong adsorption by husk of mineral acids .. "
In order to eliminate these drawbacks, in the proposed method, the husks of sunflower seed in their natural form or after hydrolysis with acids are treated in an autoclave with water or with water containing caustic or carbonic alkalis. At the same time, in the case of processing natural husk, the latter is subjected to autoclaving with water alone or in the presence of carbon dioxide; lx air (carbonate soda, carbonate cadi, etc.) under a pressure of 10-15 atmospheres; when processing the husks that have undergone hydrolysis, the latter is treated in an autoclave in the presence of free caustic or carbonated alkali. After aikoлавclaviating husk for 3-4 hours and then after separating the liquid, it is either extracted with solvents (alcohol, benzene or their mixture), or treated with aqueous ammonia solutions, which easily wash out the resin. Then, after removing the acid resins from the plow, the wood husk is further heated in an autoclave to produce new resins, or Luega, after extraction of the resins, is crushed in a mill and used as a pulverized fuel, filler for sdstatic masses and compositions, cellulosic material to obtain different SHCH preparations cellulose, etc. Example 1.-5 (Yu. h. of husk after furfural has been processed, 15 h of sodium carbonate and 500 h of water are produced, and zabctt is autoclaved for 12 hours, under pressure 8 atm After separation of the liquid, washing with water and drying, the resin from the husk is extracted with a mixture of alcohol and benzene. The resin yield reaches 4. Example 4: 4XU of h., the natural husk is heated in 1000 h. h. water for 10 hours under pressure of 15 atmospheres. After autoclaving, the husk is obtained in the form of a powder from which it is released near resins in ammonia rinsing. The subject of the patent is 1. The method of obtaining from cellulosic materials by heating them under pressure with water or aqueous alkali, characterized in that cellulosic material applied t sunflower husk, natural or podvergshuyus hydrolysis with mineral acids emoly then recovered in the usual manner. 2. Acceptance of the method according to claim 1, characterized in that the meadow is subjected to repeated autoclaving with repeated extraction of the resins.
