Abstract
FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: luminophor matrix screen of color cathode-ray rube includes adhesive layer, black matrix, luminophor mosaics of primary colors and aluminium layer with antidomain coat arranged on glass panel. Thickness ddof adhesive layer is chosen within limits 0,1μm-1μm and ratio of value dof average distance from adhesive layer to aluminium film to dis chosen within limits 5,6≅ d/d≅ 180. Process of manufacture of screen includes deposition of layer based on polyvinyl alcohol with adhesive filling agent on glass panel, manufacture of black matrix, successive formation of luminophor mosaic of green, blue and red color of glow. Silane with oxidizer is injected into solution of polyvinyl alcohol as filling agent and luminophor coats of primary colors are deposited directly on manufactured black matrix. Material for manufacture of screen contains binding compound based on polyvinyl alcohol and adhesive-carrying silicon. Silane is used as silicon-carrying adhesive and in addition ammonium bichromate is employed as oxidizer with following proportion of components, per cent by mass: ammonium bichromate 0.13- 0.20; silane 0.03-0.10; polyvinyl alcohol 1.3-1.6; deionized water being the balance. In the capacity of silane there can be used aminoethylaminopropyltriethoxisilane or mixture involving 10-90 per cent by mass of γ-aminopropyltrioethoxisilane and b-aminoisopropyltrioethoxisilane being the balance.
