The alleged invention relates to medicine, in particular, to bath devices for various hygienic and therapeutic procedures.

The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of foot massage by enhancing massage effects by increasing the pressure of water and moving its stream in a convenient and appropriate position.

Specifically, the bath with shower contains a bath 1, on the bottom of which a seat 2 with a support rod 3 is placed. A vibrator is attached to the support rod, the housing 4 of which is fixed on the rod with a clamping screw 5. A two-section hydraulic pump 6 is fixed to the vibrator body, the sections of which are connected by a transition chamber 7, each section of the hydraulic pump is a hollow chamber, the walls of which are made of corrugated elastic strong, lightweight, waterproof material. Between the sections is placed a transition chamber connecting the chambers of the sections. The transition chamber has a fitting 8 on top, to which the armored shower hose 10 is attached with a nut 9 (with a previously removed shower head). This hose supplies water to the hydraulic pump from the hot and cold water lines through the mixer 11. Next to the fitting on the bracket 12 attached to the vibrator body, a double block 13 (roller) is fixed, through which two flexible rods are thrown 14. Each section has crumpled (as at harmony) walls. On its working part there is a frame 15 on which a foot stop 16 is placed in the form of a foot, attached with its upper surface to the frame.

On the foot stop there is a toe belt 17 at the top and a heel support 18 at the bottom. Next to the foot stop on the working part 19 of the section there is a fitting 20 for attaching a hose 21 and 22 to it and diverting it from the water section. The cushioning harnesses (two of them) are attached with their ends to the water rings (to their eyes 30), and freely passed through the loop (eyes) 39 in the seat next to its hinge 36. The flexible rods 14 in the middle covering the double block 13 ends are attached each: one - to the water rings - to their eyes 30, and the other - opposite - to the eyes 40, made on racks 38 - see Fig. 8.

The vibrator, in addition to the specified housing 4, the clamping screw 5 has the specified bracket 12, as well as the gear sector 41 on the teeth 42 of which are supported nzhzhki- (teeth) 43 of the indicated racks (38) of the hydraulic pump 6. Each rack is hinged (on the axis 44) mounted on the racks 45 the vibrator body, and its upper end by a hinge 37 is attached to the frame 15 of the section and supports the camera of this section by supporting it on the teeth of the vibrator. In the hinge, on the axis 44, the hole 46 of the rack 38 is made in the form of a longitudinal cutout to allow vertical movement.

Use the bath massager as follows.

When preparing the bath, the shower nozzle is removed, and the hose 10 is attached to the nozzle 8 of the hydraulic pump, by means of a mixer, the required temperature and water pressure are set. Then the patient takes a place in the bath, sits on seat 2, and passes his legs into the water rings 23 and 24 and puts their feet on the foot stops 16, inserting the socks into the loops of the belts 19, and put the heels on the heels 20. Faceted guide 28, flexible rods 14, shock absorbers 32 and hoses 22 are located between the legs of the patient. With an indoor mixer, water is supplied through an armored hose 10 to the transition chamber 7, and then enters the chambers of the hydraulic pump sections 6. through hoses 22 to the inside of the water rings 23 and 24 and streams to the patient's legs.

When unbending one leg or another, the aqueductive rings 35 of the opposite leg will return to their original position under the action of shock absorbing ropes 32, which are in a taut state and when the leg is bent, and when straightened, the legs stretch even more than 40. So the reciprocating movements of the rings along both legs are carried out, which ensures longitudinal massage movement of the jets of water. Displacement of water jets on the soles is provided to a lesser extent - only due to displacements of the foot of the feet on the surfaces of the foot stops 16.

Vibration is carried out by moving the teeth 43 along the toothed sector 41. The foot stops 16, and with it the patient’s legs, vibrate. This is how hydromassage occurs under conditions of vibration stimulation and load.

We believe that the proposed bath with a massage simulator will serve as a good prophylactic and therapeutic agent, as in medical institutions. and at home - in an apartment where there is a regular communal bath.
