Abstract

FIELD: drilling. SUBSTANCE: device has working member 32, hydraulic engine 30, 31 of the working member, pump 5, 8 driven from rotary rod 3, and throttler device 34, additionally installed hydraulic distributor 15 with stopper 27 to switch over fluid flow between pump 5, 8 and hydraulic engine 30, 31 of working member 32 to one or another direction, as well as hydraulic engine 24 of one-way action with elastic reciprocal member 25 connected to pressure line 11 through reduction valve 26 interconnecting to hydraulic distributor 15 and stopper 27. This allows one to move working member 32 in both directions under fluid action fed from pump 5, 8 through hydraulic distributor 15 in hydraulic engine 30, 31 of working member if the process of rod 3 revolution. Switching over the hydraulic distributor 15 from one position to another is carried out at the expense of changing revolution speed on rod 3 using changing periods of its relatively fast and slow revolution (or complete stop) according to algorithm specified by shape of stopper 27. Throttler 27 assures moving hydraulic distributor 15 under action of spring 25 in inoperative pump 5, 8. EFFECT: increased reliability in wells with heavy or contaminated liquids (solutions). 5 dwg
