Description
. The proposed strain Aspergillus terreus EU-376 differs from the known higher activity of the formation of itaconic acid from sucrose and a significantly higher resistance to microorganisms infected with fermentation media. In addition, this strain provides an increased yield of itaconic acid (up to 40%). The strain Aspergillus terreus EU-376 was obtained by the combined effect of stylenylamine and ultraviolet rays on the original strain 718/9. The morphological properties of 1U tamma EU-376 were studied in a culture grown at 35 ° C on a Moyer-Coghil medium. Nutrient media used for the cultivation of Aspergillus terreus were used to study the culture properties of the strain and the nature of growth: - Moyer’s medium — Coghil’s, Čapek-Doks medium, wort agar (malt medium), potatoes (natural medium) and special media used for Getting itaconic acid. После 24 час чашки просматривались и определ лись наличие и величина зоны, на которой отсутствовал рост микроорганизма.to adjust the pH to 2.0-2.2. The volume is adjusted with water to 1 l. The antagonistic properties of the strain Eu-376, along with the original strain, were studied in fires against microorganisms found in the production of itaconic acid (extraneous mold fungi and bacteria). The following nutrient media were used in the experiments: for growing mold fungi-wort agar and Moyer-Coghil's medium, for bacteria - m-lepton agar. The thick sowing of Aspergillus terreus on Moyer-Coghil's medium was kept for three days at. Then, Aspergillus terreus growth lawn was cut into blocks with a diameter of 1.5 cm, which were placed on the surface of the nutrient medium in Petri bags, seeded with the test microorganism. After 24 hours, the cups were examined and the presence and size of the zone in which the growth of the microorganism was absent was determined.
