Abstract

FIELD: production of sheets from austenite manganese- containing steels. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of rolling steel sheets with thickness 8 and 40 mm had been preliminarily heated for rolling up to 1180-1200 C, providing total reduction degree 95 and 68% and temperature of rolling termination period 905 and 890 C respectively; rolling steel sheets with thickness 5 and 6 mm had been heated up to 835-810 C temperature of rolling process termination lower than 850 C. Such method provides guaranteed value of yielding strength of rolled products no less than 400 N/square mm in combination with high resistance against corrosion cracking and prevention of rolled sheet warping upon their cooling. EFFECT: stable value of yielding strength and high resistance against corrosion cracking under voltage in aggressive media, containing chlorine ions. 1 cl, 7 tbl
