The invention relates to the manufacture of building products from concrete mixtures. / There are known devices for feeding and laying concrete mix into molds containing a portal with a drive of movement, a bunker with a gate in the form of a sector flap.

When filling forms with this paver due to the presence of a gate of a certain thickness, the opening of which takes place over the form, a slide of the concrete mix is formed, which must be leveled, which increases the complexity of the process.

A known installation for molding concrete products, comprising a dispensing funnel mounted on rollers moving in rails mounted on a frame. The purpose of the invention is to reduce labor costs during operation of the installation.

Such a construction of scrapers allows them to work in a working stroke - idling mode, which will reduce wear and tear, eliminate additional manual cleaning of both the rigging table and the shutter table, which will reduce labor costs during operation of the installation, and reduce the consumption of concrete mix.

The installation for molding concrete products comprises a distributing funnel 1. Attaching to the frame 2 by means of rods 3 mounted in guides. The frame 2 is mounted on the rollers 4 mounted in the guides 5. The distributing hopper 1 has a gate-table 6 mounted on the rollers. Table 6 is connected to a funnel 1 by a lock consisting of a rod 7 with rollers 8 and 9 at the ends mounted in the guides 10 of the table. The roller 8 is in contact with the latch 11 of the funnel 1, the roller 9 with a copier 12. On the funnel 1, a scraper 13 for cleaning the shutter-table 6 and a scraper 14 for cleaning the board equipment, having an L-shape, are hinged. The scraper 13 has a deflecting roller 15 that interacts with the copier 16 with the deflecting part 17. The scraper 17 has a deflecting roller 18 that interacts with the copier 19 with the deflecting part 20, the copier 16 is installed above the gate-table 6, the copier 19 - over the form 21, to clean the table 22 of its board equipment and use a scraper 14. A cable block 23 is used to move the funnel from the form to the loading point 23. To raise the funnel 1 and its gate-table 6 to set the top plane of the gate-table 6 at the level of the table 22 form 21 board equipment is used by lifting mechanism 24.

The operation of the installation is carried out as follows.

After loading with the concrete mixture, the feed funnel moves from the loading point (not shown) to the shape of the trolley 21 together with the shutter-table 6. When the shutter-table 6 fits close to the form 21, the roller 9 comes in contact with the cam 19, the rod 7 rises, and the roller 8 releases the latch 11, whereby the shutter-table 6 is disconnected from the funnel 1, and the funnel 1 moves toward the form 21 without the table 6. The scraper 13 cleans the shutter-table 6 from the concrete mixture left after moving the funnel 6 along the gate 6 and moves it to the shape and ro hic 18.
