Abstract

Изобретение может быть использовано на предпри ти х первичной переработки крупного рогатого скота при съеме шкур. Согласно предлагаемому способу производ т забеловку туши, располагают ее в вертикальном положении задними конечност ми вверх с фиксацией передних и задних конечностей и отдел ют шкуру от туши путем введени между шкурой и тушей валика и вертикального его перемещени снизу вверх. Одновременно с вертикальным перемещением валика к нижнему краю шкуры прикладывают раст гивающее усилие и поддерживают его путем горизонтального перемещени нижнего кра шкуры в плоскости , расположенной на уровне шеи туши, при этом обеспечивают соотношение скоро- стей перемещени валика и кра шкуры в пределах от 1,2 до 1,8. 2 ил.,1 табл.The invention can be used in primary processing plants for cattle during the removal of hides.
