Сущность изобретени : аппарат содержит скобы 1, резьбовые стержни 2, шарниры 3 и 4 с винтом 6. В скобах имеютс отверсти 7 дл проведени через них- спиц 8 Киршнера. Скобы 1 соединены между собой пружинами 11 и резьбовым стержнем 9с гайками 10, установленными пр центру верхушек скоб 1.
