Abstract

A combination apparatus is described which consists of a pencil sharpener and an eraser. The essential factor in this apparatus is that the pencil sharpener (3) is arranged in the interior of the eraser (2). The eraser (2) can consist of one or several parts, the several parts being interconnected, for example, by a hinge. Description

The invention relates to a combination of instruments that, on the one hand, serve for sharpening simple and colored pencils, on the other, they allow to remove traces of inscriptions and drawings.

The aim of the invention is to improve the usability.

Figure 1 shows the combined instrument, the simple execution in figure 2 is the same, in the form of an animal figure; in FIG. 3, the same, in the form of a container, suitable for the embodiment of FIG. Fig. 6 is the same, an embodiment with two plates (the upper plate is rotated 180 °); Fig. 7 is also an embodiment for connecting the upper and lower plates with a film hinge; 8 is the same with a case for sharpeners; Fig. 9 is the same, using a film hinge for joining.

The combined device 1 (Figures 1 and 2) contains an eraser 2, which in Figure 1 has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and in Figure 2 - the shape of an animal (shown from the back). Inside the eraser 2 is located

In the embodiment depicted in Fig. 2, the inlet of the sharpener is on the side of the animal figure, and the outlet 6 for the waste scrap is closed by a removable container 7 (Fig 3). The sharpener in these versions is inserted into the eraser in such a way that in the areas strengthened by the sharpener there are angles 14 or protruding parts 15, which, due to the stop, are harder than the rest of the eraser and can be used for precise erasure.

It is possible to place a sharpener in an eraser permanently and it is possible to perform an eraser only as a case for temporary storage of a sharpener when the sharpener is placed with the possibility of being removed. To make the sharpener easier to remove from the cavity of the eraser 2, it is provided with a loop 12 for pulling. This loop 12 may be a plastic thread, a metal chain, and the like. At the outer end of the loop 12 there is a stopper 13 for closing the opening of the cavity of the eraser 12, into which the sharpener 2 is inserted. In order to facilitate the removal of the tip 3 if it is temporarily placed in the eraser 2, the inner wall of the hole of the eraser 2 is covered with a layer sharpeners 3 are small. The plate is equipped with clamping tabs 18, which, when assembled as a combined instrument, are clamped in the holes 19 of the eraser. In the embodiment depicted in FIG. 4, the opening of the hollow space 16 and the plate-holder 17 are located on the front side of the eraser 2. In this case, the inlet 20 for sharpened pencils is located in the plate-holder 17 itself.

When the combined device according to FIG. 5 is executed, the opening of the hollow space 16 and the plate-holder 17 are located on the wide side of the eraser 2. In this case, the inlet 20 for sharpened pencils is located in the end wall of the eraser 2.

The combined device shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 consists of two plastoplastics 2 and 2. On one plate 2 there is a sharpener 3. In both cases, the inlet 20 for the sharpened pencil is located in the end wall of the plates 2 and 1.

In the versions that are shown in Figures 8 and 9 and in which the eraser 2 is designed as a case for a sharpener 3, the top plate 2 either just rises completely, and the sharpener 3 located and fixed inside can be removed completely for work or connected to the bottom plate 2 film hinge 23.

When using the combined instrument, simple and colored pencils are sharpened with a sharpener 3, and traces of inscriptions and drawings are removed using an eraser 2.
