Abstract
Изобретение может найти применение в промышленности строительных материалов при изготовлении бетонов и растворов с применением гидроудаленных отходов электростанций. Сущность изобретени состоит в смешении золошлакового отхода с водой и фильтратом цитрата кальци в количестве 0,1-0,2% с последующей активацией втечение 1-2 мин в роторно-пульсационном аппарате. Изобретение позвол ет получить бетоны прочностью при сжатии 12,6-34 МПа при снижении расхода цемента. 1 табл.The invention can find application in the industry of building materials in the manufacture of concrete and mortars using hydro-remote waste from power plants. The essence of the invention consists in mixing ash and slag waste with water and calcium citrate filtrate in an amount of 0.1-0.2% with subsequent activation for 1-2 minutes in a rotary pulsation apparatus. The invention allows to obtain concrete with compressive strength of 12.6-34 MPa while reducing the consumption of cement. 1 tab.

Цель изобретени - повышение прочности .The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength.

Водозолошлаковый отход перемешивают с фильтратом цитрата кальци (ФЦК), после чего обрабатывают в течение 1-2 мин в роторно-пульсационном аппарате и подают в бетоносмеситель с от- дозированными компонентами бетонной смеси. После тщательного перемешивани из полученной смеси формуютс издели .Example.
