СWITH
The invention relates to the ceramic industry, in particular, to the technology for the synthesis of ceramic dyes for decorating fancy products.
The aim of the invention is to provide a brightness ratio of 21.5-21.7, a décor brightness of 68%. tone stability at the poured calcination temperature of 1160-1200 ° C with the possibility of using it in a tampon- and screen-printing process using a mechanized method.
In tab. 1 shows examples of the compositions of the proposed dye.
The mixture is prepared according to the following technology.
Размолотую и высушенную при 80-120°С шихту обжигают при 1320 ± 10°С и затем подвергают вторичному измельчению в шаровой мельнице до остатка на сите № 0056 0,3 мас.%.The raw materials are ground by a wet method to a residue on sieve No. 0056 (10858 holes / cm2) not more than 0.3 wt.%. Milled and dried at 80-120 ° C. The mixture is calcined at 1320 ± 10 ° C and then subjected to secondary grinding in a ball mill to the residue on sieve No. 0056 0.3 wt.%.
Сушку провод т при 120±10°С до конечной влажности 0,3 мас.%, затем просеивают через сито N 0,315 (445 отв./см2) до остатка на сите 0.3 мас.%.Drying is carried out at 120 ± 10 ° C to a final moisture content of 0.3 wt.%, Then sieved through a sieve N 0.315 (445 resp. / Cm2) to a residue on a sieve of 0.3 wt.%.
2).For the manufacture of paint, a mixture of the following composition is prepared (Table 2).
Prepared dye compositions decorate fancy samples using traditional methods, a. also tampo- and silk screen printing using a mechanized method, the samples are fired at 1160-1200 ° С.
3.The main indicators are given in Table. 3
