Description
The invention relates to the refractory industry and can be used to manufacture fused cast high alumina refractories for lining glass-welded furnaces.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the corrosion resistance to a melt of phosphoric laser glass by reducing the impregnation of the refractory with this melt.
Na20 и SI02. содержит указанные компоненты при следующем соотношении, мас.%:This goal is achieved by the fact that fused cast refractory material, including MgO. Na20 and SI02. contains these components in the following ratio, wt.%:

(45-30%).The ratio between the content and MDO was determined experimentally to form a dense texture of the material, which characterizes the minimum degree of impregnation with melts of phosphate laser glass, as well as the formation of corrosion-resistant crystalline phases: corundum (65-80%) and magnesia spinel (45-30%) in the material structure.
A decrease in the MgO content (less than 5%) leads to an increase in the refractory porosity due to the bulk crystallization of the material and a decrease in its corrosion resistance. On the contrary, an increase in the MgO content in excess of 10% increases the impregnation of refractories with a melt of phosphate laser glass and reduces their corrosion resistance.

Ограниченное содержание оксидов 5Ю2 и Na20 в пределах 0,2-0.4% позвол ет сформировать стеклофазу в огнеупоре, не превышающую по объему 3%, что обеспечивает технологичность изготовлени огне- упорных изделий (минимальный брак по трещинам и сколам углов издели ).The limited content of SiO2 and Na20 oxides in the range of 0.2-0.4% makes it possible to form a glass phase in the refractory that does not exceed 3% in volume, which ensures manufacturability of refractory products (minimal scrap on cracks and chipping of the corners of the product).
содержащего ZrOa (огнеупор по прототипу) величина по- рога разрушени составл ет 20 Дж/см .In addition, the proposed refractory is characterized by the absence of the influence of the corrosion products of the refractory on the radiation resistance of laser phosphate glasses; when cooked in a crucible from the proposed refractory, this value is 40 J / cm; when cooking in a crucible of refractories. containing ZrOa (prototype refractory), the value of the destruction threshold is 20 J / cm.
For the preparation of a refractory material, blends are prepared consisting of alumina, magnesia, silica sand and soda. The mixtures are melted in an electric arc furnace with a voltage across the electrodes of 150-170 V and a current of 700-1000 A. Melting takes place under oxidizing conditions (on an open arc, with electrodes raised above the melt). The melt is poured into linear graphite forms, after which the obtained castings are annealed in natural conditions in thermo boxes with diatomite filling for 3–4 days.
Specific formulations of the refractory material proposed are presented in the table.
The depth of the refractory impregnation with the glass melts is determined on samples measuring 10x10x100 mm after they have been melted for 6 hours at a temperature corresponding to the temperature of clarification of the test glass.
Температура испытаний соответствовала температуре осветлени используемого стекла и составл ла 1200°С дл фосфатного лазерного стекла марки ГЛС-25.The determination of the corrosion resistance of refractories in a glass melt is carried out according to OST 3-4230-79. The sample rotation speed was 100 rpm, the test duration was 6 hours. The test temperature corresponded to the clarification temperature of the glass used and was 1200 ° C for a GLS-25 phosphate laser glass.
