п. СО сThe invention relates to the enrichment of minerals and m. used in the flotation of phosphate ores. The purpose of the invention is to increase the recovery of phosphorus pentoxide while reducing the consumption of the apolar collector. The raw materials are conditioned with regulators, carboxyl and apolar collectors. Then flotation is carried out. A concentrate of aromatic hydrocarbons (CAU) containing 8–18% by weight of paraffin-naphthenic hydrocarbons is used as an apolar collector. The KAU density at 20 ° C is 960-985 kg / m, the viscosity is YN5 mm2 / s at 100 ° C. Before being introduced into the conditioning, the KAU is mixed with kerosene. The ratio of KAU and kerosene is from 1: 1 to 1: 2. KAU is obtained from the oil fraction boiling at 400-500 ° C by phenol purification, distillation of the phenol and extraction of the concentrate by distillation. The method, as compared with the known, provides an increase in phosphorus pentoxide recovery by 0.6-3.8% with a 30% reduction in the apolar collector consumption. 1 hp f-ly. SO with

Цель изобретени - повышение извлечени п тиокиси фосфора при одновременном снижении расхода апол рного собирател .The purpose of the invention is to increase the recovery of phosphorus pentoxide while reducing the consumption of the apolar collector.
The feedstock is conditioned with regulators, carboxyl and apolar collectors. As an apolar collector, an aromatic hydrocarbon concentrate containing 8–18% by weight paraffin-naphthenic hydrocarbons with a density of 960–985 kg / m3 at 20 ° C and a viscosity of 10–15 mm2 / s at 100 ° C is introduced into the air conditioning. At the same time the aromatic concentrate
1:2.hydrocarbons before addition to conditioning are additionally mixed with kerosene. The ratio of concentrating aromatic hydrocarbons and kerosene is from 1: 1 to 1: 2.
Concentrates of aromatic hydrocarbons were obtained in the laboratory from an oil fraction boiling at 400-500 ° С by phenol purification followed by distilling off the phenol and isolating the concentrate of aromatic hydrocarbons.
The results of laboratory tests are shown in the table.
These concentrates are tested in the flotation methods of phosphorite ores from various deposits.

An increase in the concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons in a mixture with kerosene in excess of that specified (1: 1-2) leads to an increase in the viscosity of the mixture, which requires the use of an elevated temperature (40 ° C) in the preparation of the reagent.
A decrease in the concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons in the mixture leads to an increase in the consumption of kerosene and, consequently, to an increase in the gas content of the working premises.

Flotation of ores was carried out in a flotation machine with a chamber volume of 0.5 liters. At first the sample of the floated raw material was loaded, and then reagents were introduced. The duration of contact with reagents is 3-5 minutes. Flotation was carried out according to the two-cleaned ore concentrate scheme.
Analysis of the data indicates a decrease in the consumption of kerosene by a third or half of the norm of the prototype.
0,6%.In most of the examples, the increase in P20s recovery is 3.5% -3.8 and 0.6%.
Таким образом, использование предложенного способа обеспечивает повышение увеличени п тиокиси фосфора на 0,6-3,8% при снижении на 30% расхода апол рного собирател .Thus, the use of the proposed method provides an increase in the increase in phosphorus pentoxide by 0.6–3.8% with a 30% reduction in the apolar collector consumption.
