Полиакриламид накладывают на пораженные очаги при помощи дерев нного или металлического шпател тонким слоем 2-4 мм утром и вечером ежедневно д выздоровлени . Подсохший в течение 12 ч Полиакриламид превращаетс в тонкую пленку, котора легко снимаетс , после чего нанос т свежий слой.Polyacrylamide is applied to the affected lesions with a wooden or metal spatula in a thin layer of 2-4 mm in the morning and evening for daily recovery. Пример 1. Больной Т., 32 лет, поступил в областной ксжно-венерологический диспансер с жалобами на чувство жжени и покраснени кожи тыпа кистей и предплечий. В течение 2 ч помогал электросваргщку при ремонте автомобил . Лицо закрывал защитным щитком , руки были открытыми. Ночью почувствовал жжение кожи предплечий и кистей . Орощал холодной водой. Наступило некоторое облегчение. При осмотре кожа кистей и предплечий гипермирована, на предплечь х - обильна мелкопузырькова сыпь. Анализ крови и мочи без особенностей . Диагноз: актинический дерматит кистей и предплечий. Назначены аппликации полиакриламида толщиной сло 4 мм на пораженные участки кистей и предплечий 2 раза в день (утром и вечером) с интервалами 12 ч. После второй аппликации жжение значительно уменьшилось, через сутки от начала лечени исчезло. Спуст дес ть дней от начала лечени больной выписан с выздоровлением.Example 1.
