Abstract
у^The invention relates to the field of road building materials and can be used for road and airfield pavements. The purpose of the invention of the shadow is to reduce the temperature sensitivity in the holding and to increase the heat, crack and water resistance of asphalt concrete based on it. The slurry contains petroleum tar 22-72 wt.% And shale resin, oxidized to a particle temperature of 52-70 ° C. 28-78 wt.%. The temperature of softening in the presence of 36-59 ° C. Compressive strength at 0 ° C 3.8-12.0 MPa. at 20 '* C 2.4-4.6-MPa. at 50''S 1.6- 2.42 MPa. coefficient of long-term water resistance of 1.0-1.23. Table 4. The invention relates to road building materials and can be used for road and airfield pavements. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the temperature sensitivity of a tandem and increase the heat, crack and water resistance of asphalt concrete on its basis. The tampering is prepared by mixing oil tar oil with an oil shale resin oxidized to a softening temperature of 52-70 ° C. To obtain an oxidized oil shale resin, distilled resins are used from gas generator processing of Estonian combustible shale and Volga shale oil. s (distilled fractions distilled to 320 ° C) distilled from raw shale resins. The properties of distilled) x resins are presented in Table 1. The oxidation of distilled resins is produced at temperatures up to 180 ° C. The properties of oxidized distilled shale resins are presented in tab. 2. As a low-viscous component, oil tar with a softening temperature of 22 * 'C was used. conditional viscosity at 80''C 20 s. at 60 ° C 78 s. The properties of the resulting recipient are presented in table. 3. .-. On the basis of the proposed bushing, asphalt-concrete mixtures of particle size distribution of type B were prepared. The mineral part consisted of dolomite rubble, sand and mineral powder. The content in the tent is 9.5% by weight of the mineral part. The properties of the asphalt concrete obtained are given in Table 4. ~ 4. As can be seen from the above data, the proposed taper has a lower temperature sensitivity, and the asphalt concrete on its basis has increased heat, crack and water resistance. ^
