Устройство содержит корпус 1 с эжектором 2 дл подачи жидкости и выходным насадком 3 и вибратор 4. Насадок 3 выполнен в виде упругого стакана с секторными надрезами 5 на его боковой поверхности. Вибратор 4 размещен во внутренней полости насадка 3 и соединен с генератором 6 ультразвуковых колебаний. Вибратор 4 может быть расположен без контакта или с непосредственным контактом со стенкой насадка 3.
