Девитализацию пульпы провод т 40%-ным раствором формалине в течение 10-15 мин и последующие этапы лечени с пломбированием канала и полости зуба провод т одномоментно. Больна М., 45 лет, обратилась в клинику с жалобами на самопроизвольные , длительные с короткими светлыми промежутками боли на нижней челюсти слева с иррадиацией болей в ухо, боли усилива- лись к ночи и от термических раздражителей.
