Abstract

FIELD: organic chemistry, derivative of cinnaline. SUBSTANCE: products: 5-hydrazone-7,7-dimethyl-2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydrocinnoline-3,5-dione and 5-hydrazone-7-phenyl-2,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydrocinnoline-3,5-dione. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of corresponding 7-substitute of 3,4-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinolone-5 and hydrazine hydrate at boiling point for 1 h. Yield, % ; m. p. C; gross-formula; toxicity LD, mg/kg: a) 77.7; 272-274; CHNO; 1000; b) 79.9; 267-268; CHNO; 1000. Activity of new compounds exceeds that of known one. Synthesized compounds show antihypertensive and spasmolytic activity and can be used in medicine. EFFECT: synthesis of new compounds of class indicated above. 2 tbl
