Synthesis is carried out from 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b] -indole and 2-dimethylthiaminoethyl-chloride hydrochloride at room temperature followed by treatment with HCl. Empirical formula is CHNOS×2HCl, yield is 42.5%, m. p. is 202 C, LD= 580 mg/kg. At hyperthermia new compound at dose 10 mg/kg provides survival in thermochamber (40 C) 75% animals as compared with 30% with known bemithyl. EFFECT: new compound showing enhanced activity. 1 tbl
