Abstract

FIELD: organic chemistry, heterocyclic compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: 3-(2-morpholinoethylthio)-1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b] -indolyl-5-acetamide dihydrochloride. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of 3-(2-morpholinoethylthio)-1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b] -indole sodium salt and formamide. Yield is 80.6%, empirical formula is CHClNOS, m. p. is 186 C. Protection coefficient of new compound against hypoxia is 1.4, protection degree of animals against hyperthermia is 53% as compared with 30% for bemithyl, recovery degree after physical loading is increased by 142% as compared with control. EFFECT: new compound showing enhanced activity. 4 tbl
