Abstract

Изобретение относитс к деревообрабатывающей промышленности. Цель изобретени -повышение производительности устройства за счет использовани холостого хода толкател . Устройство включает форА-А мующий канал 4 с основными формирующей 5 и прессующей 6 камерами, а также с дополнительными формирующей и прессующей 12 камерами, толкатель 7с пустотооб- разовател ми 8 и 13. Древесные частицы подают в порционный приемник, опорный диск поворачиваетс на 90&deg; и древесные частицы пересыпаютс в камеру 5 формировани , после чего включаетс привод 9 и толкатель 7 перемещает древесные частицы в камеру 6 прессовани , на выходе которой образуетс лерый брус, одновременно с прессованием левого бруса производитс засыпка новой порции в следующий порционный приемник и затем в дополнительную формирующую камеру, из которой толкатель 7 при обратном ходе проталкивает древесные частицы в дополнительную камеру 12.4 ил. Claim
