Abstract

FIELD: woodworking industry. SUBSTANCE: mixer of the machine is movable horizontally and provided with leveling member secured to its end. Molds are rotatable and provided with vertically movable bottoms. Void-forming cores are affixed to main bottom, whereas mechanism for separating finished block from mold is fashioned as movable roller mounted on the outside of the movable bottom and rigidly secured to leveling member of guides. При перемещении смесителя 3 разравнивателем 8 уровень смеси в пресс-формах выравнивается. Смеситель 3 останавливают на горизонтальной площадке 21 и шибер 17 закрывают. После определенной выдержки сырьевая смесь затвердевает. Посредством привода 20 поворачивают пресс-формы 1 на 180^о и перемещают смеситель 3 в исходное положение к площадке 22. При перемещении смесителя 3 в указанном направлении лыжеобразные направляющие 12 контактируют с роликами 11 пресс-форм 1 и блоки 6 плавно отделяются от пресс-форм и удаляются конвейером 13 из технологического потока.
