Abstract
1 э п. This invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to propeller nozzles. In order to increase the service life of the nozzle and increase the efficiency of the drive by reducing the electrochemical corrosion of the nozzle surface, the ring element 1 of the nozzle is provided with at least one electrode 5 with conductor 6. connecting it to the protector 4. The electrode 5 and the protector 4 are insulated from the ring element by gaskets 7 and 8. This reduces the chemical emf between the propeller and the nozzle, thus achieving a positive effect. 1 e pfly, 2 ill.

This invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to propeller nozzles.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the nozzle and increase the efficiency of the mover by reducing the effect of electromechanical corrosion of the nozzle surface.
FIG. 1 shows the structure of the propeller nozzle; in fig. 2 - nozzle with additional electrodes.
8.The nozzle of the propeller contains a ring-shaped element 1, in which the main screw 2 is installed. The nozzle is attached to the hull of the vessel 3 and has at least one protector 4, an electrode 5 which is connected to the protector 4 by a conductor 6. the annular element 1, respectively, the gaskets 7 and 8.
The nozzle can be made with additional electrodes 9 electrically connected by conductor 6 with protectors 4. The protector 10 is attached to the nozzle without gaskets.
When the propeller 2 rotates in the annular element 1, the fluid flow has a significant speed, therefore, in addition to the electrochemical potential arising on the surface of the annular element and propeller 2, the triboelectric potential arises from the same surfaces by friction of the outboard water. The resulting electrical potential is reduced through the electrode 5, as it is supplied to
потенциал от протектора 4 через проводник 6, а так как стандартный электронный потенциал у протектора 4 ниже, то происходит его разрушение, а поверхностей гребногоthe potential from the tread 4 through the conductor 6, and since the standard electronic potential of the tread 4 is lower, it is destroyed, and the surfaces of the rowing
винта 2 и кольцевого элемента 1 - менее интенсивно.screw 2 and the ring element 1 - less intense.
При включении в цепь протектора 5 дополнительных электродов 9 и протектора 10 последний выполн ет роль внешнего источника тока, подавл потенциалы на поверхност х гребного винта 2 и кольцевого элемента 1 и тем самым уменьша их разрушение .When additional electrodes 9 and protector 10 are included in the circuit of the protector 5, the latter acts as an external power source, suppressing the potentials on the surfaces of the propeller 2 and the ring element 1 and thereby reducing their destruction.
