Abstract
Изобретение относитс к горному делу , а именно к очистным угледобывающим агрегатам дл крутых пластов. Цель -обеспечение возможности отработки пластов го- ризонтальными сло ми по челноковой схеме без перемонтажа крепи и повышение его поперечной устойчивости. В агрегате дл крутых пластов секции механизированной крепи св заны между собой с забойной и завальной сторон телескопическими стенками (ТС) 7 и 8. Корпусные части ТС 7 и 8 св заны с основанием 4 укосинами 9, а их выдвижные части св заны между собой штангами 10 и с верхн ками 1 верхними гидродомкратами 13 передвижки. На каждой ТС 7 и 8 смонтированы направл ющие 14 и 15 дл исполнительного органа. Верх- н ки 1 св заны гидростойками 2 с опорами 3, которые расположены в проеме оснований 4 и св заны с ними нижними гидродомкратами 12 передвижки. После отработки верхнего сло крепь переводитс в нижний слой и перемещаетс обратным ходом. При этом функции ТС 7 и 8 мен ютс . Бывша в верхнем слое завальна ТС становитс в нижнем слое забойной, а на ее направл ющих устанавливаетс исполнительный орган . 2 ил. сл сThe invention relates to mining, in particular to cleaning coal-mining units for steep seams.
