Abstract
The invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to the production of calcium hypochlorite and contributes to increasing output and improving the quality of the finished product. The calcium hydrochloride hypochlorite salt is obtained by chlorinating an aqueous suspension of calcium hydroxide with a concentration of 250–300 g / l to a calcium hydroxide concentration of 90–110 g / l, followed by separation and drying of the crystals. In order to increase the yield and increase the quality of hypochlorite, calcium is chlorinated to the alkalinity of the reaction mass, depending on the composition of the initial suspension.

The calcium hydrochloride hypochlorite salt is obtained by chlorinating an aqueous suspension of calcium hydroxide with a concentration of 250-300 g / l to a calcium hydroxide concentration of 90-110 g / l, followed by separation and drying of the crystals. In order to increase the yield and increase the quality of hypochlorite, calcium is chlorinated to the alkalinity of the reaction mass, depending on the composition of the initial suspension, 1 tab.
This invention relates to the chemical industry, namely the production of calcium gyrochlorite.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the content of active chlorine in the product to 40.5% and higher while increasing the yield of the product.
Example. Take 1 liter of milk of lime with a content of 250 g / l Ca (OH) a. Using the above expressions, the final actual content of Ca (OH) 2 in the chlorinated suspension is calculated.

Wo - the content of Ca (OH) 2 in the initial lime suspension.
The calculated range of Ca (OH) 2 in the chlorinated slurry is 45.5-67.5 g / l. Next, the milk of lime is chlorinated at 40 ° C with the chlorine-air mixture until the analytical sample, periodically taken from the reaction mass, shows the content of Ca (OH) g within the calculated limits, in particular 58 g / l. The resulting crystals are filtered on a laboratory vacuum filter through a chlorinated cloth and dried in a drying oven at 103 ° C for 1 hour with stirring and breaking up lumps every 15 minutes. After filtration, the dried product and mother liquor are weighed and analyzed for the content of active chlorine. The output of calcium hypochlorite in the finished product Raschio

8,6%.melted as the proportion of calcium hypochlorite in the dry product of the total amount of calcium hypochlorite in the dry product and the mother liquor. The finished product in this case received 159 g with a content of active chlorine of 41.1% with a yield of 38.5%. The mother liquor obtained 1220 g with the content of chlorine chlorine 8.6%.
In a similar way, experiments were carried out on the chlorination of lime suspensions up to various residual contents of Ca (OH) g for suspensions with an initial content of Ca (OH) 2 250; 300; 325 g / l. The yield of calcium hypochlorite in the product with different residual alkalinity (the actual content of Ca (OH) 2 in the final suspension) in comparison with the theoretically calculated residual alkalinity limits is given in the table.
As follows from the above data, the limits of the residual Ca (OH) a content in suspension, calculated by the above equations, provide good quality of dibasic calcium hypochlorite with active chlorine content of 40.5% and higher, combined with a rather high yield (examples 2-4 , 7, 8, 12 and 13). If the actual Ca (OH) 2 content in the final suspension deviates beyond the calculated limits, or the quality of the product is not ensured (the content of active chlorine is below 40.5%) or the yield decreases, which does not justify the expediency of the process.
The content of active chlorine according to the proposed method is equal to or exceeds 40.5% with an increased yield of 32 to 55.4%, depending on the concentration of calcium hydroxide in the initial suspension.
The indicated content of active chlorine follows from the theoretical composition of the dibasic salt, taking into account the loss of activity in
процессе хлорировани на 5% и в процессе сушки на 10%, а также с учетом наличи в готовом продукте 1,5% влаги.the chlorination process by 5% and the drying process by 10%, and also taking into account the presence in the finished product of 1.5% moisture.
Thus, the content of active
32,6%.The chlorine in the finished product according to the proposed method is not less than 40.5% at a yield of from 32 to 55.4%, while by a known method the content of active chlorine is 32.6%.
