Abstract
Изобретение относитс к черной металлургии и может быть использовано в доменном производстве. Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение экологической обстановки при выпуске чугуна за счет предотвращени пылеобразовани . Устройство содержит главный желоб 2, чугунную летку 1 и футерованную плиту 3. Ширина плиты 3 соответствует ширине главного желоба 2 сверху над леткой, а длина равна сумме отношени ближайшего рассто ни между нижней кромкой плиты 3 и верхней точкой канала летки 1 и тангенса угла наклона ее и 6 - 8 диаметров чугунной летки 2. Компактна стру 5, состо ща из жидкого чугуна и шлака, выйд из канала чугунной летки 1, встречаетс с футеровкой плиты 3 и тер ет скорость. За счет снижени скорости истечени струи 5 предотвращаетс пылеобразование. 2 ил.The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used in blast furnace production.
