Abstract
Изобретение относитс к табачному производству, в частности к устройствам дл сушки табачных листов. Цель изобретени - снижение энергозатрат путем утилизации тепла отработанного воздуха. Устройство дл сушки табака содержит сушильную камеру, разделенную на верхний отсек 1 и нижний отсек 2 перегородкой 3, вентил тор 4, теплогенератор 5 с выт жной трубой 6, воздуховоды 7 с заслонками 8. В верхнем отсеке 1 установлена волнообразна теплопередающа мембрана. Волнистость мембраны выполнена в поперечном направлении с образованием между стенками верхнего отсека 1 и перегородкой 3 продольных чередующихс каналов дл подачи холодного и отработанного воздуха. 5 ил.The invention relates to tobacco production, in particular to devices for drying tobacco sheets. The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy consumption by utilizing waste heat. The device for drying tobacco contains a drying chamber divided into an upper compartment 1 and a lower compartment 2 by a partition 3, a fan 4, a heat generator 5 with a chimney 6, air ducts 7 with flaps 8. In the upper compartment 1 a wave-shaped heat transfer membrane is installed. The waviness of the membrane is made in the transverse direction with the formation between the walls of the upper compartment 1 and the partition 3 of longitudinal alternating channels for supplying cold and exhaust air. 5 il.
