Abstract
Изобретение относитс к мостостроению и может быть использовано при усилении железобетонных мостов с нарушенным сцеплением между предварительно напр женной арматурой и бетоном. Цель изобретени - повышение прочности и трещиностойкости пролетного строени при его усилении. Составное неразрезное пролетное строение моста включает железобетонные коробчатые блоки 1, объединенные друг с другом стыками 2, обжатыми пучками 3 из высокопрочной арматуры, размещенными в каналах внутри бетона блоков 1, концы 5 пучков 3 закреплены на торцах блоков. В блоках 1 пролетного строени по ос м каналов по обе стороны каждого стыка 2 образованы сквозные овальные отверсти 6, в которых установлены и прикреплены к пучкам 3 объемлющие их сжимы, выполненные составными из пары ст нутых болтами жестких сегментов. Между сегментами каждого сжима и соответствующим пучком образована кольцева полость, заполненна пластичным металлом. Овальные отверсти 6 заполнены материалом с прочностью, превышающей прочность материала блоков 1 пролетного строени . 1 з.п.ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to bridge construction and can be used to reinforce reinforced concrete bridges with impaired adhesion between prestressed reinforcement and concrete. Between the segments of each compress and the corresponding beam is formed a ring cavity filled with plastic metal.
