Пример. 2,5 г4 -нитро-3 -трифторме- тилизобутиранилида (кристаллы) растирали в фарфоровой ступке. Предлагаемое средство обеспечивает устранение побочных влений, так как известное средство оказывает подавление сокращени гонодоттрепинов гипофиза, что приводит к торможению овул ции и способности к зачатию. Систематическое наблюдение , включающее лабораторные анализы, не обнаружило какого-либо вредного вли ни мази на общее состо ние больных, менструальный цикл, морфологический состав крови, содержание сахара в крови, функции печени и почек, сердечно-сосудистую систему , дыхание. Местное применение антианд- рогена позвол ет создать высокую концентрацию вещества на желаемом участке кожи, благодар чему значительно уменьшаетс веро тность возникновени побочных влений.The proposed remedy ensures the elimination of side effects, since the known remedy suppresses the reduction of pituitary gonodotrepins, which leads to inhibition of ovulation and the ability to conceive.
